The open cell structure allows for great resistance to deformation and also has a short time to recover its shape after impact or deformation due to pressure exerted.

Store owner replied: Beautiful set up! Thank you for sharing your experience.

The mats came very quickly. Color was just as described. However these mats are not 3x3 as advertised. They are only compatible with TQ mats. Not the mats from over seas

We’re glad to hear that your mats arrived quickly and that the color met your expectations. Regarding the sizing, our mats are designed to be 3x3 feet nominal size, but like many foam-based products, there can be slight manufacturing tolerances. Soft Play - Pack of SIX Reversible Big EVA Mats 3ft x 3ft x 0.75" Each

Store owner replied: We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We’re glad to know that, despite the condition of the shipping boxes, the mats arrived without damage. Regarding the item purchased in April, we understand your concern. However, our records show that approximately 167 days passed between the delivery date and the time the issue was reported. Unfortunately, after this amount of time, we are unable to open a damage claim or process a return. This is also outside Walmart’s applicable return period for the purchase. We always strongly recommend inspecting all items as soon as they are delivered, even if they will not be used right away. This allows any shipping damage, stains, missing items, or other issues to be reported within the applicable timeframe so we have the opportunity to assist. We understand this is disappointing, but unfortunately, due to the amount of time that has passed since delivery, we are unable to provide a return or replacement in this case.

TQ furniture was great to work with. My Soft play equipment shipped very quickly. When i received all of my items i inventoried everything and contacted them about a missing item. They were very quick to respond and ship out the missing item. I'm very happy with both the customer service as well as the quality of the Soft Play Equipment. Will definitely be making be making future purchases with them
