Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty Claims

To start a warranty claim, please contact us by phone at (832) 897-3389 or by email at sales@tqfurniture.com.

Customers must provide clear photos of the full product and detailed photos of the damage. For quality evaluation purposes, we may also ask how long the product has been used and the approximate number of days it was in use.


Products Manufactured by TQ Furniture

TQ Furniture provides a one-year warranty on all products manufactured by TQ Furniture.

Covered Under Warranty

  • Loose seams or unstitched areas.

  • Tears, stains, discoloration, or scratches on the vinyl reported at the time of delivery or within the first 7 days after receiving the product.

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Tears, stains, discoloration, or scratches that occur after the product has been used.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or accidents.


Products Not Manufactured by TQ Furniture

TQ Furniture provides a five-month warranty on products not manufactured by TQ Furniture.


Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means customers have 7 days after receiving their item to request a return.

No Returns on Customized Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If TQ Furniture provides the return label, the cost of the label must be paid by the customer before the label is generated. Customers may also use their own shipping method, but TQ Furniture must be informed and provided with the tracking number.

Once a return is approved, the customer has 7 days from the approval date to ship the item back to TQ Furniture.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used items.

  • Items damaged after delivery.

  • Customized items.

  • Gift cards.

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, we will provide a coupon or store credit for the approved amount so the customer can place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition it was received: unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
