Foam: This product is made with high density polyurethane foam. This sponge is firm enough to support the weight of children up to 11 years old. At the same time, it is soft to the touch and highly absorbent of impact energies. The open cell structure allows for great resistance to deformation and also has a short time to recover its shape after impact or deformation due to pressure exerted.
Vinyl: The firm foam is upholstered with Marine Vinyl. This vinyl is waterproof, scratch resistant, UV resistant, and extremely cold temperature resistant. The soft materials are durable and easy to clean; just wipe with a mild soap-and-water solution.
Thread: We use three-strand polyester thread coated with nylon which gives it great resistance.
