Order Processing
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging preparation.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CST) will normally begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time may begin processing on the next business day.
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note:

Receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean the package has already been shipped.

Carriers such as UPS typically pick up orders Monday through Friday at the end of the business day.

While we do our best to ship orders within the estimated processing times listed in this policy, we cannot guarantee carrier pickups or shipments on Saturdays.
Customers may use the provided tracking number to monitor their shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
TQ Furniture Soft Play is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier:

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

TQ Furniture Soft Play cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages reported as lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
We strongly recommend:

If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation or claim.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
