Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
- Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer just one shipping options to meet your needs of free shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This email confirmation is just to provide you with the tracking number. It doesn't means that your order has already been shipped. UPS pick up the orders Monday to Friday by the end of the day. We can't promise you that your order will be shipped on Saturday, but we will do our best to ship your order within the stablished shipping terms on this policy. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-ship the package to the correct address.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. Please ensure that the delivery location is secure. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Restricted Items: Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific destinations due to local regulations. If this affects your order, we will contact you to provide alternative solutions.
