Color customization process is easy, fast and satisfy:

1. Contact us with the product name, picture or reference. Tell us as much as you can about the customization you need. Please indicate the color or colors and the position on the product. We suggest to use a picture of the product for this purpose.
2. We answer your message and take care of all the details.
3. Once all parts agree the final customization, we will send you a quotation by email.
4. Review the quotation and details. If you agree you need to sing and pay at least the 30% of the balance to confirm the order.
5. Allow us two or three business day for the manufacturing process.
6. You will be notify once the order is ready for shipping.
7. if you have a remaining balance, you need to make the final payment.
8. We ship your order.
9. You receive the product in a period of 3 - 5 business days.

This product can be used indoor and outdoor because the high quality materials and perfect environmental factors resistance:

• Foam: This product is made with high density polyurethane foam. This sponge is firm enough to support the weight of children up to 11 years old. At the same time, it is soft to the touch and highly absorbent of impact energies. The open cell structure allows for great resistance to deformation and also has a short time to recover its shape after impact or deformation due to pressure exerted.
• Vinyl: The firm foam is upholstered with Marine Vinyl. This vinyl is waterproof, scratch resistant, UV resistant, and extremely cold temperature resistant. The soft materials are durable and easy to clean; just wipe with a mild soap-and-water solution.
• Thread: We use three-strand polyester thread coated with nylon which gives it great resistance.
